Thank you for using DermPro Connect. Please read these Terms (“Terms”) carefully before using the Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using DermPro Connect ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read carefully.

2. Eligibility

Users must be licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.). You represent that you hold necessary licenses and credentials to practice medicine.

3. Service Description

DermPro Connect facilitates peer-to-peer dermatology consultations. We do not provide direct medical services, diagnosis, or treatments. Services include:

• Expert consultations (Basic, Premium, Pay-per-Use)

• Extended consultations

• Educational content (CME and Non-CME courses)

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate, current, complete information.

• You are responsible for your patient’s confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

• Not to misuse or abuse our services.

5. Payment Terms

• Basic Subscription: $228/year, 5 consultations/year (10 minutes each).

• Premium Subscription: $408/year, 10 consultations/year (10 minutes each).

• Pay-Per-Use: $50 per 10-minute consultation.

• Extended Consultations: $250 per 15-minute increment, payable directly to experts.

• Payment via Stripe (PHI not handled through Stripe).

Subscriptions auto-renew annually. Unused consults expire annually. You can cancel anytime, forfeiting unused consults.

6. Consultation Policies

• Initial consult duration: 10 minutes.

• After 8 minutes, an extension is available ($250 increments).

• Emergency disclaimer: In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

DermPro Connect retains ownership of all content, design, and intellectual property on the platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DermPro Connect, affiliates, and employees from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

9. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Services are informational and educational only; no patient-provider relationship is established. Always rely on your professional judgment and consultation with licensed providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

DermPro Connect is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use or interruption.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Terms governed by laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes subject to binding arbitration in Illinois.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with Terms or legal requirements.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically; we will notify you of significant changes.
